At Ocean Recovery we offer a range of support services for yourself, as well as for families, friends, and employers of somebody suffering with a drug or alcohol addiction.

Addiction is a complicated disease which can have negative impacts not only on the person suffering with substance addiction, but their loved ones too.

This is why we offer intervention services for people who need rehab treatment. Sometimes people who are struggling with substance abuse can be in denial about the severity of their addiction, or are unwilling to get treatment. Our intervention service allows people who have a drug or alcohol addiction to see the impacts that their addiction has on their lives, as well as their loved ones.

Intervention services can be the difference between receiving treatment and suffering with addiction. Get in contact with a member of our team today to discuss our support and intervention options. Visit the links at the bottom of this page to find out more about our support available for loved ones.

Support At Rehab

Once you are admitted to rehab, you will receive around the clock support from our caring recovery team. Many of our team have previously struggled with addiction themselves so understand the importance of valuable support during this difficult process.

During the drug or alcohol detox process, you will have 24/7 support from our recovery staff who will monitor your withdrawal symptoms and arrange for medication to be prescribed to alleviate your symptoms if deemed necessary. Support during this period is often one of the most important aspects of rehab.

Following your detox, you will then receive therapy treatment as part of your rehab programme. Our therapists are caring and will ensure that you are comfortable throughout the entire process.

You will receive treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Group Therapy, Family Therapy, and other wellbeing therapies to treat the mental aspect of addiction. You will have the support of both our therapists and your fellow peers during this period.

Aftercare Support

As important as it is to receive support prior to rehab treatment and throughout your rehab programme, the support does not end once you have completed your stay with us at Ocean Recovery.

We offer one year of free aftercare support to residents who have completed a rehab programme with us successfully. These sessions take place weekly and ensure that previous residents receive ongoing support and encouragement in the difficult first few months post rehab.

You will have the opportunity to voice any concerns or queries to a member of our recovery team, as well as have 24/7 telephone access to our staff after you have left our facility. It is important to us that you feel as supported as possible throughout your entire recovery journey, from your first contact with us via self referral or intervention, to aftercare support.

Contact us today on 01253 847 553 or email us at info@oceanrecoverycentre.com if you have any enquiries and would like to find out more about the support offered at Ocean Recovery.

Watching a loved one battle with addiction can be extremely upsetting and have a huge impact on your life. It is important that anybody who is struggling with a substance addiction receives rehab treatment, however this is not always the case.

At Ocean Recovery, we offer a family intervention service which serves to provide families with a safe and monitored environment to discuss their worries and the impact of addiction with a trained therapist.

Residents in rehab are also offered free access to telephone support so they can speak to their family if they need any additional support.
