How do I refer myself for treatment?

Referring yourself for treatment at our drug and alcohol rehab could not be easier. All you need to do is pick up the phone and call us. Upon contacting us, you will undergo a free addiction assessment. Conducted over the telephone, this assessment will essentially enable our team to find out more about you and your addiction.

How long does treatment take?

At Ocean Recovery, our drug and alcohol treatment programmes typically span 28-days. However, we recommend our clients to expect to remain within our residential rehab for as long as six weeks. Although this may seem like a long time to stay in rehab, doing so ensures that an addiction can be successfully defeated.

How Do I Know If Rehab Is Right For Me?
