How do I start my recovery journey?

If you have realised that you have a drug or alcohol addiction, then you’ve already taken the first step towards recovery. That is a victory that many people cannot face up to. Taking the time to find the right path for you will mean that the treatment has a better chance of working and decrease the risk of relapsing in the future.

When do I need to go to rehab?

An untreated addiction can cause a lot of damage – not only to your own physical and mental health but to your relationship, career and the well-being of those around you. It is therefore always best to seek help as soon as you acknowledge that you have a problem. Even if you have struggled with an addiction for years though, it is never too late to break the vicious cycle and finally break free from the grip of drugs and alcohol.
